Warehouse Executive

About the role

Ketton Facility Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to join our team in Serendah, Selangor. This is a full-time position based on-site that plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and goods. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the broader objectives of our facility management services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods and materials
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements and quantities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections to maintain cleanliness, organisation and optimal storage conditions
• Monitor warehouse equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, reports and performance metrics
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to optimise warehouse performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within warehouse operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive, Warehouse Manager or similar warehouse management role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems and logistics processes
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and systems (WMS)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with experience managing warehouse teams
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges efficiently
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods
• Relevant warehouse or logistics certification would be advantageous
