Warehouse Executive/ Coordinator

Job Summary

The position is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring accurate maintenance of inventory, ledger, and related records. The role will also support customer account management, payment follow-up, reconciliation of outstanding balances, and timely reporting of discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory management.
• Maintain accurate inventory, ledger, and other relevant records.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
• Reconcile outstanding balances and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Manage customer accounts and proactively address payment-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer and operational discrepancies.
• Utilize Excel and other data-analysis tools to track payment patterns and identify trends affecting collections.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with warehouse processes.
• Support overall warehouse and logistics operations as required.

Desired Skills

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Tally, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or related activities.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada and Tamil is required.
