About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy or e-commerce operations to manage daily order processing, dispatch tracking and customer escalations at our Bangalore operations.

You will ensure orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time and tracked until delivery, and that customer escalations are resolved quickly, working closely with warehouse, logistics, billing and city operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Manage daily order processing and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Verify order details and stock availability before orders move to dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse, billing and pharmacy teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Dispatch Tracking

• Track dispatches and shipments until delivery and follow up on delays.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for timely shipment of orders.
• Maintain and update dispatch logs and delivery schedules.

Customer Escalation Handling

• Handle customer escalations related to orders, delays and deliveries, and resolve them quickly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to find root causes and ensure closure of escalations.
• Keep customers updated and maintain a record of escalations and resolutions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Prepare daily operational reports such as order, dispatch and delivery reports in Excel.
• Support billing-related documentation when required.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with city operations teams for smooth order flow and local deliveries.
• Support operational tasks across departments when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy or e-commerce operations (mandatory).
• Any graduate; D. Pharm preferred.
• Hands-on experience in order processing and dispatch tracking.
• Ability to handle customer escalations calmly and resolve them on time.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.
