Warehouse Executive/Crew

Having grown to 90 outlets within just a few years, our ambition is to expand to over 300 outlets in the next 5 years.

 Description:

• Handling all incoming and outgoing deliveries, organizing and put away including any ad hoc marketing, maintenance and other department requests as required.
• Ensuring stock stock count process and timely inventory updates, implementing FIFO & FEFO, cycle counting, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory.
• Ensuring that the warehouse facilities are well maintained and in compliance with company SOP
• Making sure third-party logistics partners adhere to Pop Meals SOP strictly and review performance including in real time and weekly performance.
• Making sure supplier partners adhere to Pop Meals SOP strictly and review performance including in real time and weekly performance.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

 You are:

• A Candidate with at least an A level or Diploma qualification in a related field.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
