- Welcome suppliers, customers, and visitors.
- Comply with company policies and procedures within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Supervise and monitor warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Verify inventory accuracy and oversee inventory counting processes, including Cycle Counts and Stock Takes.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and 5S requirements.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational issues and continuously improve warehouse processes.
- Assist in training new employees and improving overall team performance.
- Report daily operational issues and provide initial on-site problem-solving and corrective actions.
