- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum-handling equipment safely

- Respond to minor spills using approved procedures and report any safety concerns right away
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our [WMS/ERP system] and take part in cycle counts
- Load and unload trucks and verify shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and hazmat shipping papers

- Repackage bulk materials from drums, totes, and tanks into smaller containers such as pails, jugs, and bottles
- Operate mixing and transfer equipment, including pumps, agitators, scales, and filling stations
- Bond and ground containers when transferring flammable liquids
- Label repackaged products with correct GHS labels, lot numbers, and product information
- Record batch data, weights, and lot traceability details accurately for quality control
- Take product samples for QC testing when required and follow hold/release procedures
- Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work areas between batches to prevent cross-contamination
- Work in ventilated areas and use the required PPE, such as chemical-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and respirators

- Forklift certification, or willingness to be certified on-site
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for a full shift

- Experience setting up, operating, and adjusting labeling machines and related packaging equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot label and barcode printers, including ribbon and media changes, alignment issues, and print quality problems
- Staying calm and thinking on your feet under pressure, whether that means rush orders, equipment issues, or shifting priorities
- A valid driver's license
What We Offer
