What You'll Be Doing

As part of a high-performing warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked and dispatched while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers using forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Completing stock put-away, replenishment and inventory movements using RF scanners
• Processing inbound and outbound freight
• Conducting cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes
• Preparing and managing freight and shipping documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Working closely with warehouse, inventory and dispatch teams to achieve daily operational targets

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 5 years' forklift operating experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
• Reach forklift experience (highly desirable)
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• A demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety and compliance
