Warehouse Forklift Operator

Duties

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment to load and unload shipments..
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment; perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for equipment malfunctions.
• Manage inventory movement within the warehouse, including stock replenishment and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials for optimal space utilization and easy access.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, or Hi-Lo machinery.
• Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations and equipment safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills; previous experience in shipping & receiving preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
