Warehouse Head

1. Warehouse Operations Supervision

• Lead and monitor daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage, stock arrangement, and product labeling based on FIFO/FEFO standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and logistics personnel to ensure daily tasks are completed on schedule.
• Conduct daily checking of inbound and outbound movements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety procedures.

2. Inventory and Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through timely encoding and documentation.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock reconciliation.
• Investigate stock variances, damages, shortages, and expired items.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Branch Operations regarding stock requirements.

3. Logistics and Delivery Management

• Plan and oversee delivery schedules to branches, stores, or clients.
• Assign delivery routes and dispatch schedules to drivers and helpers.
• Ensure all deliveries are complete, timely, and properly documented.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, trip schedules, fuel logs, and route efficiency.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries, pull-outs, transfers, and inter-branch requests.

4. Team Leadership and Manpower Management

• Prepare daily manpower allocation for warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and productivity compliance.
• Train new team members on warehouse procedures and logistics standards.
• Provide coaching, discipline, and performance feedback to team members.
• Coordinate overtime, reliever schedules, and manpower support during peak periods.

5. Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure completion of DRs, receiving reports, transfer forms, trip tickets, and inventory logs.
• Monitor compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and documentation standards.
• Submit daily and weekly warehouse and delivery reports.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal control procedures.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend process improvements for warehouse flow, stock accuracy, and route optimization.
• Monitor KPIs such as dispatch accuracy, on-time delivery, stock variance, and labor productivity.
• Support cost-saving initiatives in manpower, fuel usage, and warehouse resources.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
