Warehouse Helper

1. Job roles and functions

• Receiving deliveries: Assist in unloading incoming goods and checking quantities against delivery receipts.
• Checking products: Inspect items for damage, incorrect quantities, and expiry dates.
• Sorting and storing stocks: Arrange ingredients, packaging materials, beverages, and other supplies in designated locations.
• Picking and packing orders: Prepare items according to delivery requests from branches or departments.
• Loading and unloading: Move products safely during receiving and dispatch.
• Inventory assistance: Count stocks and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stock rotation: Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and check expiry dates to minimize waste.
• Warehouse cleanliness: Keep storage areas, shelves, and workstations clean and organized.
• Reporting problems: Inform the warehouse supervisor about damaged goods, missing items, or low stock.
• Following safety procedures: Handle products and equipment properly and observe workplace safety rules.

2. Qualifications

• Education: At least a Senior High School graduate
• Experience: With or without experience; warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience is an advantage.
• Physical fitness: Able to lift, carry, and move supplies safely.
• Organization: Able to arrange stocks and maintain an orderly warehouse.
• Attention to detail: Careful when checking quantities, product conditions, and expiry dates.
• Teamwork: Able to work with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
• Reliability: Honest, punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifting schedules and overtime when required.
• Safety awareness: Able to follow proper lifting, storage, and workplace safety procedures.

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
