Warehouse Helper

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Helper supports warehouse operations by assisting in receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods and materials. The role ensures that items are handled safely and accurately while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse. The Warehouse Helper also provides assistance in inventory, loading/unloading, and general upkeep of storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading goods, materials, and supplies from delivery trucks.
• Move, carry, and arrange items within the warehouse to their proper storage locations.
• Assist in checking and verifying quantities of received and dispatched goods.
• Support inventory counts and stock-taking activities.
• Ensure goods are properly packed, stacked, and secured to avoid damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, storage racks, and work areas.
• Assist in preparing items for delivery or dispatch.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents or product damage.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Educational attainment of at least Senior High School Graduate; college undergraduates and Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics.
• Knowledgeable in receiving, storing, checking, and dispatching goods and materials.
• Familiarity with inventory records, delivery receipts, and stock monitoring is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Able to follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, dependable, honest, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,437.50 per week
