WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE

Rando Cargo Forwarding is looking for a Warehouse In-charge to join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Receive, inspect, organize, store, and release cargo shipments.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of all cargo inside the warehouse.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, reports, receiving records, and release documents.
• Coordinate with the operations, Customer service, Accounting, and Trucking teams regarding cargo movement and schedules.
• Ensure that cargo is properly labeled, identified, arranged, and accounted for.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper use of equipment.
• Report damaged, missing, or irregular cargo immediately to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business Administration, or any related course; vocational graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, cargo handling, or inventory management is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and cargo handling procedures.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Honest, responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required by operations.

WAREHOUSE LOCATION: TIBUNGCO, DAVAO CITY

Working Days & Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
