Warehouse-In-Charge

The warehouse in-charge ensured that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction to primary goal by supervising, organizing, training warehouse employees, establishing, monitoring, managing operational goals, develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods, oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics, review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service to maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, enforcing standards procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure Receiving Area ready to accommodate inventory transfers /receipt of inventories, for smooth execution of tasks.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Must ensure all products received are transported inside the warehouse.
• Must confirm receipt of inventories and sign issued STN.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• Experience working in a warehouse, even in entry-level roles like warehouse worker or inventory clerk, is highly valued.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse setting is a significant asset.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
