Job Summary

The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, handling, inventory control, and issuance of materials, spare parts, equipment, and other warehouse items. The position requires an engineering background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, to support the identification of technical materials, equipment components, and maintenance-related supplies while ensuring warehouse efficiency, accuracy, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management – Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, organizing, and issuing materials and supplies.
• Inventory Control – Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular physical inventory counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Technical Materials Management – Identify, classify, and monitor mechanical parts, equipment components, tools, and maintenance supplies based on technical specifications.
• Receiving and Inspection – Verify the quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Issuance and Documentation – Ensure that all warehouse transactions are properly documented, authorized, and recorded in the inventory system.
• Coordination with Other Departments – Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Maintenance, and Accounting regarding material requirements, stock availability, and replenishment.
• Stock Monitoring and Replenishment – Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, identify critical or slow-moving items, and recommend timely replenishment.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety – Maintain proper storage arrangements, housekeeping, labeling, and compliance with company safety standards.
• Reporting and Analysis – Prepare inventory reports, stock movement summaries, and discrepancy reports to support management decisions.
• Process Improvement – Recommend improvements in inventory control, warehouse layout, material handling, and storage efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, preferably; other engineering graduates may be considered.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mechanical parts, industrial equipment, tools, and maintenance supplies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, trustworthy, and capable of handling inventory accountability.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment and comply with company safety policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile: An engineering graduate, particularly in Mechanical Engineering, who can combine technical knowledge of industrial materials and equipment with effective warehouse supervision, inventory accuracy, and materials control.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
