Warehouse Inbound Supervisor

The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for the accurate validation, encoding, and monitoring of inbound deliveries (local and imported) in the system. The role ensures that all incoming goods are received on time, properly documented, and accurately recorded in the system, maintaining full alignment between physical receipt and system transactions.

The position supports inbound operations by enforcing strict compliance with receiving, checking, and encoding procedures, always ensuring data accuracy and traceability. Any discrepancies or issues identified during the process must be promptly flagged and escalated to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.

Qualification:

• Graduate of any business, logistics, or related course (preferred but not required)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, data encoding, or inventory-related roles
• Experience using ERP/WMS is required
• Knowledge of receiving documentation and process flow
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Attention to detail in checking documents and system entries
• Strong leadership skills and attention to details

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
