About the role

Asialink Cargo & Packing Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Incharge to join our dynamic team in KKIP, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This contract role is a crucial part of our operations, responsible for overseeing the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse facility.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage and coordinate the workflow of warehouse staff, including team scheduling, task allocation and performance monitoring
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, implementing effective stock control and reporting procedures
• Oversee the receiving, storage, processing and dispatch of all goods, materials and equipment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient warehouse management practices
• Ensure the warehouse environment is well-organised, clean and well-maintained at all times
• Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in inventory management and data analysis using relevant software tools
• Prefer able to speak Chinese.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
