Warehouse Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive paints, thinners, solvents, raw materials, and other products from suppliers.
• Check quantity, product name, batch number, manufacturing/expiry dates, and physical condition of incoming material.
• Maintain proper stock records and update inventory in ERP/software or registers.
• Arrange materials systematically according to product, batch, size, and category.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Prepare materials for dispatch according to sales orders, invoices, or delivery instructions.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and transport teams for smooth dispatch and delivery.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and investigate shortages, excesses, leakage, or damage.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of flammable paints, solvents, and chemicals.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, ventilation, fire-safety equipment, and proper stacking.
• Monitor damaged, leaking, expired, or slow-moving stock and report it to management.
• Maintain records of inward, outward, stock transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are packed and handled safely.
• Minimize product damage, leakage, and wastage.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and warehouse reports for management.

Skills Required:

• Warehouse and inventory management
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel/ERP
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to supervise loading/unloading staff
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Experience in a paint, chemical, hardware, or FMCG warehouse is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
