What You Can Expect

Join our warehouse operations team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, on a 12-month internship. The monthly salary is R12,000. Reporting to the Warehouse Lead / Supervisor, you will support daily warehouse activities including receiving orders, restocking shelves, picking and packing, inventory counts and timely dispatch.

How You'll Create Impact

• Receive and restock goods; record incoming and outgoing stock daily in line with warehouse processes.
• Pick and pack customer and branch orders and support timely shipment.
• Conduct stock counts and process the required paperwork.
• Use SAP and comply with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Carry out manual handling and maintain good housekeeping.
• Follow health and safety standards and work effectively within the team.
• Work rotating day and night shifts, weekends and overtime as required.

Your Background

• Matric is essential.
• Supply Chain and/or Logistics qualification (Diploma or Degree).
• Microsoft Office skills.
• A South African driving licence is required.
• Ability to undertake manual handling in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Availability for rotating day/night shifts, weekends and overtime. Travel may be required by Zimmer Biomet.
