About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Warehouse Internship at our Mount Austin Johor facility. This is a full-time opportunity designed to provide valuable practical experience in the warehousing and distribution industry. As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, learning the essential processes and procedures that underpin our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the receipt and verification of incoming goods, including checking items against purchase orders and recording data accurately
• Supporting the storage and organisation of inventory using our warehouse management systems and following established storage protocols
• Participating in picking, packing and dispatch operations to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards across all areas of the facility
• Supporting inventory counts and cycle checks, and assisting with stock reconciliation activities
• Learning and applying appropriate use of warehouse equipment and machinery under supervision

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant tertiary qualification such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling data entry and inventory records
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
