Warehouse inventory administrator

Oranutrition Limited is a rapid growing healthcare products manufacturer based at Wiri, Auckland.  

We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Administrator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and looking to develop their career in inventory management, warehouse administration and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update inventory records using the ERP system
• Process goods receiving and dispatch documentation
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders
• Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Liaise with freight providers, procurement teams, and customer service regarding order status, tracking, and mis-picks
• Maintain supplier and inventory records
• Manage returned goods and update relevant records
• Prepare basic inventory reports for management
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory control or a similar role
  Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Is confident using computers and ERP systems
• Has good written and verbal English communication skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has good numerical and data-entry skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as we have significant enquiries from Mandarin-speaking clients
