Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, proper controls, and compliance through regular inventory audits, reconciliation, variance investigation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits across assigned locations.
• Validate physical inventory against system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Review inventory transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse controls, and compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track pending variances, adjustments, and audit findings through timely closure.
• Conduct risk-based and targeted audits on high-risk and recurring inventory issues.
• Prepare audit reports, incident reports, and corrective action recommendations.
• Maintain accurate audit records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Identify process gaps and control weaknesses and recommend improvements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Based in Cebu (near Mandaue, Cebu)
• Willing to perform physical inventory counts and warehouse/site audits.
• Willing to travel and visit Growsari warehouses in Visayas Region
• Willing to join wall to wall count as needed (2x a year- Sat to Sun)
• Experience in inventory, audit, warehouse, reconciliation, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple audits, follow-ups, and deadlines.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
