Warehouse - Inventory

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse – Inventory Staff to support our warehouse operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Record and update stock receipts, releases, and movements.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist in identifying discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments regarding stock availability.
• Ensure proper organization and documentation of inventory.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• With at least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with formulas and basic data analysis is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to perform warehouse-related activities.
• Willing to work on-site.
