Warehouse Inventory Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assembly store
• Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, components, finished/semi-finished goods)
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to the assembly line as per production requirements
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Maintain proper storage conditions and organization of materials
• Track material movement and update inventory systems (ERP/manual)
• Minimize material wastage, damage, and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards (5S)
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in assembly or production stores
• Understanding of Lean, 5S, and warehouse best practices

Working Conditions:

• Factory/warehouse environment
• May involve lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Shift-based work may be required
