Warehouse Inventory Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Inventory Controller to manage and control inventory across our conveyor belt manufacturing and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of raw materials, finished conveyor belts, spare parts, accessories, and trading products.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of goods receipts, production consumption, stock issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with ERP/system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and reorder levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production to prevent stock shortages.
• Identify and report slow-moving, non-moving, dead, obsolete, damaged, and excess stock.
• Prepare stock ageing, inventory movement, reconciliation, and variance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Dispatch, and Finance for smooth inventory operations.
• Work with Finance to monitor inventory value, dead stock, excess stock, and working capital impact.
• Maintain accurate item codes, product specifications, stock locations, delivery points, and inventory master data.
• Implement effective inventory control practices to minimize stock discrepancies, excess inventory, dead stock, and stock-outs.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in inventory control, stores, warehouse, or material management.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, rubber products, conveyor belts, or trading is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and record-keeping skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate inventory records.

Pay: ﷼1,800.00 - ﷼2,200.00 per month
