Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of up to £29,782.91, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels within the Distribution Centre, ensuring efficient stock flow and high inventory integrity in line with operational and Health & Safety standards.

• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counting, stock checks, and discrepancy investigation
• Investigate and resolve stock variances and process stock adjustments
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS
• Work closely with operations to ensure the efficient movement and control of stock
• Support continuous improvement in inventory processes
• Ensure all activities meet Health & Safety and hygiene standards

Profile:

• Experience in warehouse inventory / stock control
• Competent in picking and stock handling using MHE
• WMS experience essential; e‑commerce / 3PL preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Good communicator and reliable team player
• Health & Safety focused
