Warehouse Junior - Pathway to Electrical Apprenticeship

About the role

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants a real career, not just a job. You'll spend your first 12 months as a Warehouse Junior as part of our Pre-Apprenticeship Program, learning how our business runs from the ground up while working alongside our installation, warehouse and office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare stock and equipment for daily install jobs
• Load and unload vehicles and manage incoming deliveries
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Track stock levels and help maintain accurate inventory
• Assist installation teams with general labouring when required
• Follow safe work practices and uphold company quality standards

About you

• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career as an electrician
• Comfortable with manual handling and warehouse work
• Good communication with managers, office staff and colleagues
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
• A team player who takes initiative
• NSW Safety White Card (or willing to obtain before starting)
• Current drivers licence (P-plates considered)
• Working at heights and forklift ticket (desired, not essential - training can be provided)
