Warehouse Keeper

Required Qualifications & Specifications

• Preferably 2–3 years of previous experience in warehouses or inventory management, particularly within the perfume industry in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in using computers, ERP systems, and inventory/stock management software.
• Knowledge of storage methods, coding, item organization, and classification.
• Ability to prepare receiving, issuing, and inventory records and reports.
• Commitment to general safety and occupational health procedures within the warehouse.
• Experience in receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods.
• Experience in conducting regular inventory counts.
• Ability to monitor item movement and continuously update inventory records.
• Ensure product condition and handle damaged and returned items in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ability to organize the warehouse and utilize storage space efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Strong and effective leadership skills.
• Ability to monitor emails and management correspondence.
