Warehouse Keeper

JOB PURPOSE

This role oversees the receipt, storage, and issuance of company materials, equipment, spare parts, and

supplies, keeping inventory records accurate and stock levels controlled to minimize losses, damages,

and discrepancies. Ensure the right materials are available and delivered accurately and on time to

support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (High Qualification).

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to use SAP and learn the company's inventory procedures and systems.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to read and speak English at a basic to intermediate level.

Experience:

• No previous work experience is required.

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or a related field is an advantage but not

mandatory.

• On-the-job training will be provided as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive incoming goods, materials, equipment, spare parts, and supplies, verify quantities and

conditions against purchase orders or delivery documents, and report any discrepancies or

damages to the Warehouse Manager.

• Store and organize all items properly according to their type, specifications, and storage

requirements to ensure easy identification and retrieval.

• Prepare and issue goods and materials based on approved requests and ensure that all stock

movements are properly recorded in SAP.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in SAP and ensure that physical stock matches

system records.

• Conduct the annual physical inventory count and support periodic stock checks,

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged items, or other inventory-related

issues to ensure proper stock control.

• Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, safe, and secure, and comply with company

warehouse and safety procedures.

• Prepare and maintain all required warehouse documentation, including receiving, issuing, transfer,

and inventory records.
