Warehouse Keeper

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Keeper to oversee daily warehouse activities, maintain accurate stock records, and prepare orders for dispatch. Training on our Zoho inventory system will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods and check quantities and condition against delivery documents.
• Record stock receipts, dispatches, returns, and damaged goods in Zoho.
• Maintain accurate records of stock quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, shortages, and near-expiry products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams on order dispatch.
• Store and label products correctly, dispatching stock with the earliest expiry dates first.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, secure, and safe.
• Report damaged goods, storage issues, and maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recordkeeping.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Zoho; no previous Zoho experience is required.
• Ability to organise daily tasks and work independently.
• Ability to safely handle and move goods.
• Previous warehouse or food-handling experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
