Warehouse Keeper

We are hiring an organised Warehouse Keeper to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, recording, and issuing inventory while ensuring that goods are properly arranged and accounted for.Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure they match the required quantity and specifications.
• Properly arrange and store items in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock, damaged, or missing items.
• Prepare and issue materials based on approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic inventory reconciliation.
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or unusual stock movements to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience.
• OND, HND, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
