Warehouse Key (Graveyard Shift)

Graveyard Schedule:

• Salary: $21 - $23/hr.
• Schedule: 10 pm - 6:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify shipment paperwork, labels, counts, and supporting documentation.
• Confirm all freight received, shipped, and transferred is properly accounted for.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Review and verify shipment counts before freight is released or loaded.
• Communicate regularly with Operations, supervisors, warehouse staff, and other departments.
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving documentation or inventory issues.
• Enter and update information in warehouse management systems and spreadsheets.
• Ensure paperwork is completed, organized, and filed according to company procedures.
• Provide daily updates regarding shipment status, inventory, and outstanding issues.
• Assist supervisors with administrative tasks and operational reporting.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass TSA background check.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience is a big plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Capable of completing freight forwarding forms and documents.
• Fast-paced work environment; must be able to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations. As a 24/7 operation, weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Cold Storage Environment:

• Freezers at 0–15 degrees.
• Coolers at 28–39 degrees.
• Loading docks at 40–55 degrees.
