Warehouse Lead – Bilingual Chinese/English

Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to support and lead our daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for coordinating warehouse associates, maintaining productivity and accuracy, and ensuring inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment activities are completed safely and on time.

This is a working lead position—not a desk-only supervisory role. The Warehouse Lead is expected to work alongside the warehouse team and be able to operate a forklift when needed.

Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) and English is preferred to support communication between warehouse employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily inbound and outbound operations.
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to warehouse associates.
• Coordinate unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, palletizing, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Monitor daily workload and ensure orders and shipments are completed on schedule.
• Verify outbound shipments are accurately labeled and staged for the correct carriers.
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment when needed.
• Train and support new warehouse employees.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, work quality, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, location verification, and discrepancy investigation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and immediately report safety concerns, accidents, damages, or equipment issues.
• Communicate operational problems and staffing needs to management.
• Work overtime when required by business volume and operational needs.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience required.
• Previous Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) and English preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead employees while also performing hands-on warehouse work.
• Basic computer and warehouse/inventory system skills preferred.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can lead by example. The ideal candidate is comfortable directing a warehouse team but is equally willing to unload, receive, pick, pack, stage, load, and operate a forklift when necessary.

The successful candidate should be able to identify problems, communicate them quickly, and help keep daily warehouse operations running efficiently and safely.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
