Warehouse lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate stock movement documentation and system records.
• Train and onboard new warehouse staff as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role.
• FMCG industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Familiarity with the Ketu and Ojota areas is an advantage.
• Minimum SSCE; relevant professional certification is an advantage.
