Warehouse Lead

Moveras is seeking a Core Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily receiving, inspection, identification, and inventory tracking of transmission cores within our Phoenix facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines warehouse operations, inventory control, and data management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example on the warehouse floor while helping ensure inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and adherence to company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving and processing of incoming transmission cores
• Inspect and identify transmission units for accurate inventory classification
• Enter and maintain inventory records within the ERP system
• Verify data accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Monitor workflow and help prioritize daily warehouse activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
• Review and correct data entry errors as needed
• Respond to inventory and data-related inquiries
• Support warehouse team members and assist with training as needed
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience required
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong inventory control and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer systems and ERP software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
