We are seeking A reliable and hardworking Warehouse Lead for A full-time position in Patterson, CA. If you are looking for a stable job with great benefits, thisopportunity might be the perfect fit for you.

Schedule:

• Monday—Friday

Shift:

• 1:00-9:30pm.

Pay:

• Weekly pay
• $22-$23 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of dock associates
• Ensure dock operations run smoothly and on schedule
• In-person interaction with customers
• Loading, unloading, and scanning of freight
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock environment

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse with expanding roles.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• WMS systems experience
• RF scanner experience
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Distribution center experience a plus.
• Order picking environments a plus.
• Powered pallet jack experience a plus.
• Unloading and loading trailers by hand.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Must be dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation
