Warehouse Leader B2B

About the role

Eastlync Technology Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Leader B2B to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Pulo Gadung Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. As Warehouse Leader B2B, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining the efficiency of our distribution centre to support our B2B customers. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our business clients and maintain our reputation for reliability and excellence in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure all SLAs are met.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff, managing shift schedules and ensuring the team adheres to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Process Improvement: Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend strategies to optimize space utilization and streamline warehouse processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (K3) and maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment.
• Facility Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for ground-level operational issues, ensuring equipment is maintained and resources are allocated effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Warehouse Staff, Inventory Staff, or Logistics Staff, preferably in a B2B, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), or B2B Distribution environment.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management (Inbound, Outbound, and Stock Control).

• Solid understanding of end-to-end B2B warehouse operations, including Inbound receiving, Put-away, Bulk/Pallet picking, Packing, and Outbound dispatch.

• Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications and B2B requirements

• Identifying and reporting damaged goods, discrepancies or quality issues to management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle real-time operational challenges.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic logistical reporting.

• Willingness to be based at our warehouse facility in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.
