• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, inventory movements, and shipping activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Ensure accurate and timely warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers.
• Support inventory control activities through cycle counting, stock taking, discrepancy investigation, and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain proper material handling, storage, labeling, housekeeping, and 5S standards to ensure operational efficiency and workplace organization.
• Lead, assign, and monitor daily activities of warehouse operators, providing on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance to ensure productivity and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, HSSE, and company policies while supporting audits, inspections, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support customer service and delivery requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, service performance, and cost effectiveness.

Your Profile as Warehouse Leader

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution center activities, or logistics environments.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a small warehouse team is preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, kitting, and shipping activities.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory transactions, and stock control practices.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements, material handling practices, and 5S methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage daily operational priorities.
• Team-oriented, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
