Warehouse Leader

Work Location: Dubai Airport Free Tax Zone, UAE

Job Summary

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, accurate, and compliant management of inventory, storage, logistics, and workforce. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and full accountability for maintaining company assets, warehouse discipline, and compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management

Manage and oversee all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted efficiently to meet company objectives and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability at all times.

Monitor warehouse performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure proper organization of warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency and operational productivity.

Inventory Control

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stock audits.

Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the warehouse management system.

Safeguard company assets and maintain inventory accuracy.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Team Leadership

Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training to team members.

Ensure all employees follow company procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.

Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety awareness among all warehouse personnel.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure proper handling and storage of products according to regulatory requirements.

Logistics and Coordination

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers.

Monitor delivery schedules and warehouse workflow to ensure timely execution.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations departments.

Support management in planning warehouse capacity and operational requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare and submit warehouse operational reports, inventory reports, and performance analysis.

Ensure all warehouse documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Asset Protection and Housekeeping

Protect company property, inventory, equipment, and warehouse facilities.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance at all times.

Monitor equipment maintenance and arrange repairs when required.

Job Requirements:
Min 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Good commend in English is an advantage.
