What You'll Be Doing

As the Toledo Warehouse Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run like clockwork. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Operate forklifts to move and manage inventory safely and effectively.
• Lead and support your team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory flow, ensuring products are stored and distributed correctly.
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times to maintain a secure workplace.
• Perform hands-on tasks, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic to the table. Here’s what you need to succeed:

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar leadership role.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a forklift.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on your own.
• A clear background check to ensure the safety and integrity of our team.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
