Warehouse Line Leader

About the role

Warehouse operations role responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities including shipment preparation, loading, receiving, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of day-to-day activities in the warehouse, particularly in following the assigned tasks
• Ensure Shipment/delivery preparation, loading, and recording as scheduled
• Receives, monitors, and prepares and maintains accurate data records of FG/Products
• Material Receiving – Ensures all incoming deliveries are with proper documentation
• All MRIS are properly designated to assigned Staff and issued on time
• Verification of Stocks
• Ensure and enforce compliance with Company Rules & Regulations & Safety Standards
• Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior
• Recommend overtime rendition based on departmental requirements
• Assist the Team Leader as required

About you

• Graduate of a related Course/Degree or at least 2 years of college education
• At least two (2) years of experience in Warehousing Operations
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 or 2008 Standard
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Email
• Able to analyze things and implement solutions as required
• Able to work with minimal supervision and willing to extend working hours as needed
• Good interpersonal skills
• Mentally and physically fit
• Able to operate a Reach truck or a Forklift is an advantage
