This position offers a consistent four-day schedule and hands-on work moving packages safely through a busy warehouse. Your responsibilities - Unload boxes by hand from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyors. - Load packages into trailers, stacking freight securely and efficiently. - Scan packages accurately with handheld scanners. - Sort freight into designated cages and staging areas. - Move package cages between assigned work areas. - Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety and quality procedures. What you bring - Availability Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. - Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation. - Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds. - Ability to perform sustained physical work throughout the shift. - Attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to follow instructions. - Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. How compensation works Pay is based on trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour, with high-performing associates potentially earning $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings vary with productivity; the upper end is not a guaranteed hourly rate. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus paid time off.
