Key Responsibilities

1. * Administer and maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system for daily sales operations.

2. * Maintain and update customer master data, salesman assignments, territories, product information, pricing, sales targets, and other related master data.

3. * Monitor daily sales activities, customer visits, sales orders, and other information submitted through the SFA system.

4. * Check and validate data accuracy and completeness before preparing reports for management.

5. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards, including Sales vs. Target, customer performance, salesman performance, product performance, and other KPIs.

6. * Support Sales Representatives and Sales Managers in using the SFA system and resolve basic system or data-related issues.

7. * Coordinate with IT or the SFA system provider for system issues, enhancements, testing, and implementation of new functions.

8. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and new SFA features.

9. * Prepare user guides, working instructions, and training materials for the Sales Team.

10. * Conduct or coordinate SFA system training for new and existing users.
