Warehouse – Utilities

We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations within the utilities industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage people, materials, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the utilities industry.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material tracking.
• Strong ability to maintain organized records and inventory systems.
• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s licence.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and following company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure materials are properly received, stored, and distributed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records using computer-based systems.
• Keep the warehouse, inventory, and documentation organized and up to date.
• Coordinate material requirements with field crews and operations teams.
• Lead and support warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory and identify shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials.
• Ensure the warehouse is safe, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend work is required only occasionally, based on operational needs.
• Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
