Belton, TX

$18-$20/hour (depending on experience)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

One Saturday per month for physical inventory count (overtime available)

Strata Stone Distributors is looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our warehouse organized, inventory accurate, deliveries on schedule, and customers taken care of.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, works safely, and can be trusted to get the job done without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and organize natural stone slab shipments and inventory

Receive incoming products shipments of material.

Deliver slabs, tools, and materials to local customers and fabricators

Safely secure and transport materials using company vehicles and trailers

Maintain accurate inventory and assist with monthly inventory counts

Keep the warehouse, showroom, and yard clean, organized, and presentable

Clean and organize slab inventory inside and outside

Perform basic property maintenance, including mowing and weed eating

Assist with other operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

Current forklift certification required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely tow and maneuver trailers

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and outdoors in Texas weather

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the workday

Willingness to accept feedback, learn from mistakes, and take accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or deliveries

Experience handling construction materials, stone products, or other heavy materials.
