About the role

Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, loading/unloading, inventory counts, etc.; ensure warehouse processes are efficient, safe, clean and compliant, and provide accurate & timely support to relevant departments.

Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily warehouse logistics operations, including outbound order fulfillment, inventory control, import/export documentation, and 3PL partner management. You will ensure warehouse processes are efficient, accurate, safe, and compliant, while providing timely support to internal departments and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Job Descriptions for warehouse supervisor :

1. Warehouse Operations

a) Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods including labelling/re-labelling, packing, loading and unloading of goods.

b) Perform quality control (QC) checks on all goods received to ensure compliance with purchase specifications. Accurately document and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to internal departments immediately upon receipt.

c) Ensure the timely dispatch of goods in accordance with delivery schedules and customer requirements, minimizing delays and maintaining high service levels

d) Ensure proper storage of goods with accurate labelling, including expiry dates, in accordance with inventory management standards.

e) Handle delicate and sensitive products with the utmost care to prevent damage and maintain product integrity.

f) Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat; Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

g) Replenish packing material, racks. Shelves or bins as and when necessary. Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials, tools and accessories.

h) Operate warehouse equipment eg. forklift and pallet jacks, monitor the equipment usage and coordinate regular maintenance.

i) Compliance with security, health and safety procedures

Job Descriptions for Logistics supervisor :

• Support the management of 3PL DC outbound operations and inventory control to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with the Merchandising team and Logistics Manager to understand forecasted volumes and priorities and coordinate with 3PL to meet fulfillment requirements.
• Coordinate with 3PL DC Operations team on daily order management, outbound capacity planning and overtime arrangements to support productivity targets.
• Assist in warehouse capacity planning by analyzing daily/ weekly/ monthly Delivery Notes and aligning with 3PL to optimize outbound efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and propose continuous improvements in operations and system workflows.
• Monitor shipment accuracy and on-time delivery performance and support investigation of customer claims between Sales and 3PL warehouse team.
• Track and monitor 3PL Warehouse KPI performance, highlight areas for improvements and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure physical stock movement is aligned with system data (Daily Snapshot) and follow up on discrepancies with stakeholders and system teams.
• Coordinate the distribution of finished goods to costumers including Packing list preparation also with loading monitoring and coordinate incoming import shipments to factory.
• Liaise with warehouse for Packing list preparation and delivery staging of finish goods for collection.
• ·Review and confirm the K1 forms for import. Check and confirm export paperwork related to CO applications.
• ·Maintain Export and Import table to monitor shipment and billing accordingly.

2. Inventory Management

a) Ensure goods are dispatched in accordance with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize the risk of product expiry or obsolescence.

b) Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

c) Continuously review and enhance stock-taking procedures to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

d) Implement best practices and leverage technology to minimize discrepancies and streamline inventory audits.

What we're looking for

1. Possess minimum SPM with min 2 year(s) relevant working experiences in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
2. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Knowledge in ERP system is added advantage.
4. Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
5. Hardworking proficient in Malay, Mandarin and English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
