Warehouse Lumper / Container Unloader – 1st Shift

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Lumpers / Container Unloaders to assist with unloading shipping containers.

Responsibilities:

• Manually unload merchandise from shipping containers.
• Sort, stack, and organize boxes onto pallets.
• Safely handle heavy and bulky merchandise.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned containers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Previous warehouse or container unloading experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Paid per completed container, with earnings split between workers when multiple lumpers are assigned.
• Total container rates typically range from $135.20–$300, depending on quantity, weight, SKUs, and additional handling requirements.
• For two-person unloading teams, individual earnings typically range from $67.60–$150 per container.
• Containers generally take 2–3 hours to unload, although times may vary.
• Shifts end once assigned container work is completed.
• Weekly pay.
