Warehouse Man

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Staff / Encoder responsible for accurate data encoding, inventory documentation, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must be computer literate, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in driving to assist with deliveries, transfers, and other logistics-related tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, stock movement records, delivery receipts, and other warehouse documents.
• Input and update data in spreadsheets, inventory systems, or other company databases.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and identifying discrepancies.
• Verify quantities and details of items received, released, or transferred.
• Organize and maintain both physical and electronic warehouse records.
• Assist in picking, checking, packing, and releasing items when required.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding stock requests and inventory concerns.
• Operate company vehicles for delivery, collection, stock transfer, or other work-related errands as assigned.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of items during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• With experience in warehouse encoding, inventory, logistics, or administrative work is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be knowledgeable in driving.
• Willing to drive company vehicles for work-related duties.
• Willing to assist with basic warehouse operations.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
