Position: Warehouse Manager

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Tire Manager, you will lead a team of 7–12 employees, overseeing the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks carrying tires, automotive parts, boxed goods, 55-gallon drums, and palletized freight. You will be responsible for ensuring all shipping and receiving activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards, while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of your shift, including loading and unloading trucks
• Managing a variety of products (tires, parts, etc.) in an organized manner
• Using your computer skills and SCAN gun (RT Locator system) to help track inventory
• Ensuring your team stays on schedule and completes all tasks in a timely manner
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in warehouse management (at least 1 year)
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Dependable and able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Detail-oriented with good computer skills
• Punctual and able to work through the entirety of your shift
• Flexible with occasional overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1+ year of warehouse management experience (Required)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (Required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently (Required)
• Strong work ethic, great communication, and a positive attitude (Required)
