As our Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our nationwide parts and accessories moving smoothly to branches and riders across the country.

What you’ll do

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts and proper documentation (FIFO/LIFO, stock cards, system updates)
• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse staff including supervisors, storekeepers and dispatch teams
• Plan and coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to meet branch and customer timelines
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout, workflow, safety and system usage, ensuring good housekeeping and compliance with OSHA regulations

What we need

Must have

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing a warehouse or logistics operation, ideally at supervisor or manager level

• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Good-to-have

• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, manufacturing or parts distribution industries
• Knowledge of ISO procedures or other quality management / audit systems
• Forklift certification or formal warehouse safety / OSHA training
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
