Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, supplier stock receiving, warehouse distribution, delivery planning, and leading the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and stock dispatch.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock receiving into the ERP system.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and investigations.
• Resolve stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory-related issues.
• Improve inventory control processes to reduce stock losses.

Distribution & Logistics

• Oversee warehouse-to-outlet stock distribution and interbranch transfers.
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules, vehicle assignments, and transport routes.
• Arrange customer deliveries and support logistics for events, promotions, and exhibitions.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team, including supervisors, warehouse staff, and drivers.
• Plan manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct training, coaching, and operational briefings.

Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and operational records.
• Work closely with Procurement, retail outlets, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost control.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution operations, including supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in retail distribution, IT products, consumer electronics, or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with ERP, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Working days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
